BIOGRAPHY

Capt. Presten J. Grace is the Command Foreign Disclosure Officer, Special Operations Command Central, MacDill AFB, FL. In this role, he supervises and provides oversight for all Special Operations Forces and component commands' foreign disclosure programs in the Central Command area of operations (AOR). Additionally, he coordinates with Central Command Foreign Disclosure Office on the implementation of national intelligence and military policy. Lastly, He advises the SOCCENT Commanding General on all foreign disclosures and ensures the release of information is consistent with National Disclosure Policy.

CAREER BRIEF

Capt. Grace graduated from the University of Georgia and afterwards enlisted as an Airborne Cryptologic Pashto Linguist serving on various MC-130s/AC-130s until he commissioned through Officer Training School in 2018. He has served as the Signals Intelligence Officer in Charge, and as the OIC for an Open Source Intelligence Collection team. He has deployed as the deputy Intelligence Director to a SOCCENT Task Force at Spartan Forward HQ in Qatar, responsible for theater security cooperation and partnership building capacity.
